This clip is stunning and very well made. It's metal is heavy but the clip easily holds hair back in a french twist and doesn't pull or hurt your head. It's gorgeous and I'm very happy with this purchase. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. But thick curly hair may have difficulties with this item. I'm not sure but I would recommend this item to anyone that loves Harry Potter or just likes a unique hair clippie.
